Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited Announces New Directors and Confirms AGM Minutes

Karachi, At the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on March 1, 2024, Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited confirmed the minutes of their last Annual General Meeting and elected new directors, adhering to the compliance standards set by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.

The company officially confirmed the minutes from the Annual General Meeting held on April 27, 2023. The resolution was passed without amendments, ensuring continuity and validation of the company’s previous year’s decisions and discussions.

In a significant change to its board, Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has elected nine new directors as mandated by the board in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017. These positions were filled as the terms of the existing directors are set to expire on March 3, 2024. The newly elected directors are Mr. Robert Ian McAllister, Mr. Dmitri Bogatyrev, Mr. Malik Ehtesham Ikram, Mr. Marco Votta, Mr. Matthieu Sejourne, Mr. Vincent Dellassagne, Mr. Shahid Shahbaz Toor, Ms. Farah Qureshi, and Mr. Malik Mirza. The terms for these directors will commence immediately following the expiration of the current directors’ terms and will last for three years.
