New Directors Elected at Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited

Karachi, Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has announced the election of nine new directors at its Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 1, 2024. These appointments are in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations.

The newly elected directors, who will serve for a term of three years commencing March 03, 2024, include Mr. Robert Ian McAllister, Mr. Dmitri Bogatyrev, Mr. Malik Ehtesham Ikram, Mr. Marco Votta, Mr. Matthieu Sejourne, and Mr. Vincent Dellassagne, all serving as non-executive directors. Additionally, Mr. Shahid Shahbaz Toor, Ms. Farah Qureshi, and Mr. Malik Mirza have been elected as independent directors.
