Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited to Hold Board Meeting on August 15, 2023, to Approve Financial Statements for the Six Months Ended June 30, 2023

Karachi, Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on August 15, 2023, through video conferencing, to discuss and approve the financial statements for the six-month period ending June 30, 2023.

In compliance with PSX Regulation 5.6.1(d), the Company has declared a ‘closed period’ from August 08, 2023, to August 15, 2023. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive shall engage in any dealings with the shares of the Company, directly or indirectly. This measure aims to ensure fairness and avoid any potential insider trading during the crucial financial reporting period.
