Al-Noor Modaraba Distributes 10% Bonus Amid Moderate Trading

Karachi, Al-Noor Modaraba 1st, operating under the symbol FANM, declared a 10% bonus for the year 2022, maintaining a moderate trading profile with no cash distributions reported for subsequent years. The modaraba’s daily weighted average rate stands steady at Rs. 3.01, with a paid-up capital of Rs. 231.00 million. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the financial stance of the company shows a promising yet cautious growth pattern.

In the period from January to April 2024, the modaraba recorded a high trading rate of Rs. 4 and a low of Rs. 2.53, totaling a turnover of 100,000 shares. The earnings per share for 2022/2023 were reported at a minimal Rs. 0.02. Al-Noor Modaraba has been a fixture on the exchange since 1992, with the previous book closure on October 20, 1992.
