Karachi, According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Al Shaheer Corporation Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 22, 2024. The meeting will address issues unrelated to financial results. The company has also announced a “Closed Period” from May 15 to May 22, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1.(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.
