Multan, Allawasaya Textile and Weaving Mills Ltd. has announced the closure of its transfer books from May 15, 2024, to May 23, 2024. The company has also scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 23, 2024, at 2:30 PM.

The transfer books closure will enable the company to update its records ahead of the AGM, ensuring accurate shareholder information.
