Allied Bank Limited to Review Quarterly Accounts and Declare Entitlements

Lahore, Allied Bank Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on April 24, 2024, in Lahore. The agenda will include the examination of the first Quarterly Accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024, and the potential declaration of any entitlements.

The bank has announced a “Closed Period” from April 16, 2024, to April 24, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to deal in the bank’s shares, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
