Amtex Limited’s Board of Directors to Review Annual Accounts in Upcoming Meeting

Karachi, Amtex Limited has officially announced that the Board of Directors is scheduled to convene on October 6, 2023, in Faisalabad. The primary objective of this meeting is to assess the Annual Accounts for the period ending on June 30, 2023, with a view to declaring any entitlements.

In adherence to the regulations stipulated by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has instituted a “Closed Period” from September 28, 2023, to October 6, 2023. This action is taken in accordance with clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this Closed Period, no Director, CEO, or Executive is authorized to engage in any form of share transactions involving the company, either directly or indirectly.

This measure is implemented to ensure market fairness, transparency, and the integrity of the financial reporting process during this critical phase of annual accounting review.
