Annual Mehfil-e-Shabeena Begins at Faisal Mosque in Islamabad

Islamabad, The Faisal Mosque in Islamabad will host the annual Mehfil-e-Shabeena starting tonight, a seven-day event organized under the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony. This spiritual gathering features Quranic recitations by selected Qaris from across Pakistan.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the event will commence each day immediately after the Taraveeh prayer, extending till late at night. The Mehfil-e-Shabeena aims to complete the recitation of the entire Quran over the course of the week, providing a platform for renowned Qaris to showcase their expertise and for attendees to engage in extended worship and reflection.
