Apollo Textile Mills to Discuss Financial Results in Upcoming Board Meeting

Karachi: Apollo Textile Mills Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on August 9, 2024, to review the financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, and to decide on any potential shareholder entitlements.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will focus on both the quarterly and annual accounts for the specified period. Additionally, the company has announced a “Closed Period” from August 3, 2024, to August 9, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares.

This directive has been communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange as required.
