Karachi: We are pleased to enclose herewith a copy of the Notice published in the daily BUSINESS RECORDER and NAWA-E-WAQT newspapers today bearing the names of persons who have offered themselves for the election of Directors at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting to be held on November 14, 2011.
Election of Directors
In Pursuance of section 178 (4) of the Company Ordinance 1984, Members of the Company are hereby notified that the following seven individuals have filed with the Company the Notices for their intention, u/s 178 (3) of the Ordinance, to offer themselves for election of Directors at the Extra ordinary General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on Monday, November 14, 2011.
1. Mr. Faisal Ahmed
2. Mrs. Maliha Faisal
3. Mr. Muhammad Yousuf Ahmed
4. Mr. Muhammad Ali Ahmed
5. Mrs. Hajra Ahmed
6. Mr. Muhammad Iqbal-ur-Rahim
7. Ms. Sarah Faisal Ahmed
Since the number of persons who have offered themselves for election does not exceed the number of Directors fixed by the Board of Directors under section 178 (1) of the Companies Ordinance 1984, the above named individuals shall be deemed to have been elected as Directors of the Company in the forthcoming Extra ordinary General Meeting to be held on Monday, November 14, 2011.
