Karachi, Asia Insurance Co. Ltd. (ASIC) has reported no dividend distribution and no recorded trading activity for the current reporting period, according to its financial announcement to the PSE. The company, with a paidup capital of Rs. 730.08 million, has been listed since 1980 and scheduled its last book closure on April 20.
