Atlas Battery Limited Announces Candidates for Director Positions

Karachi, Atlas Battery Limited has announced its list of candidates for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, which will be held on May 19, 2023, both in-person in Karachi and online via Zoom. The seven positions available for election will be contested by a group of highly qualified individuals, including Mr. Aamir H. Shirazi, Mr. All H. Shirazi, Mr. Bashir Makki, Mr. Fand K. Chinoy, Ms. Mehreen Amin, Mr. Sanaullah Qureshi, and Mr. Toru Furuya.

The Board of Directors has fixed the number of Directors to be elected at seven, and since the number of persons who have offered themselves to be elected is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board, all of the candidates will be up for election.
