Attock Refinery Limited Announces 45th Annual General Meeting for October 09, 2023, in Rawalpindi and via Video Link

Karachi, Attock Refinery Limited has officially informed its shareholders and stakeholders that the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place on October 09, 2023. The AGM will be held in Rawalpindi and will also be accessible through a video link, ensuring broader participation.

The AGM will address several key matters, including:

1. Review of Financial Statements: Shareholders will have the opportunity to receive, consider, and adopt both the separate and consolidated audited financial statements of Attock Refinery Limited for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2023. These statements will be presented along with the respective Directors’ and Auditor’s Reports.

2. Dividend Approval: The AGM will consider and, if deemed suitable, approve the final cash dividend of 125% (equivalent to Rs. 12.50 per share). This dividend proposal has been recommended by the Board of Directors in recognition of the company’s performance during the year ending on June 30, 2023.

3. Auditor Appointment: The meeting will also address the appointment of auditors for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2024. Shareholders will have the opportunity to vote on this matter and determine the remuneration for the selected auditors.
