Auditor General Mohammad Ajamal Gondal Met with Governor Sindh Along with His Delegation

Karachi, June 10, 2023 (PPI-OT):The Auditor General of Pakistan Mohammad Ajamal Gondal along with the delegation met Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori at the Governor’s House. In the meeting, transparent use of government funds and the role of the Auditor General’s institution were discussed. Governor Sindh said that the government funds are the trust of the people and their transparent use can make it possible to provide better basic facilities to the people.

He further said that the auditor general has a significant role in ensuring the effective use of the budget allocated for development projects. Action against the officials is also recommended. The delegation included DG to AGP Mohammad Luqman, Additional AG Niaz Sheikh, Accountant General Mahmood Amir, DG Audit Kamran Ali Hashmi and Deputy Director Gulzar Abro.
