Avanceon Limited Announces Board Meeting to Discuss Annual Audited Accounts

Lahore, Avanceon Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Saturday, 06 April 2024, to review the Annual Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023. The meeting will take place in Lahore and online, focusing on the financial outcomes of the past year and the declaration of any entitlements.

In compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, specifically Clause 5.6.4, Avanceon Limited has instituted a “Closed Period” from 29 March 2024 to 06 April 2024. During this time, Directors, the CEO, and Executives are prohibited from buying or selling the company’s shares directly or indirectly.

The Pakistan Stock Exchange and its TRE Certificate Holders have been notified of these developments as per regulatory requirements.
