Balochistan Government Arranges Return of Students Stranded in Kyrgyzstan

Quetta, In a swift response to the plight of Balochistan students stranded in Kyrgyzstan, Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has orchestrated their return to Pakistan, covering all expenses through the provincial government.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the Chief Minister’s Secretariat received data of 95 students from Kyrgyzstan, which was promptly processed by a Coordination Desk set up specifically for this crisis. The list of students has been forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan for necessary action. PA Mir Zareen Magsi has been appointed as the focal person to ensure continuous communication with the students and their families and to oversee their safe return.

The Chief Minister has directed the provincial government to facilitate the students’ return on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flights at the expense of the provincial government. This initiative underscores the government’s commitment to the welfare of its citizens abroad.
