BJP misleading Kashmiris, people of India on democracy in IIOJK: Sunil Dimple

Jammu, July 25, 2023 (PPI-OT): Mission Statehood Jammu Kashmir (MSJK) has appealed to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) to direct the Election Commission of India to not hold any election in occupied Jammu and Kashmir till the decision on abrogation of Article 370 and 35 A is announced by the top Indian court. Addressing a press conference in Jammu, MSJK leader, Sunil Dimple said, BJP is misleading people of Jammu and Kashmir and people of India on democracy in IIOJK.

“Elections without Statehood restoration are meaningless as the bureaucratic control over all these institutions has deteriorated the democratic values of these institutions,” MSJK leader maintained. He also urged the CJI to review the shifting of J and K, and Ladakh High Court to Raika.
