BRR Guardian Limited Completes Securities Crediting Process Following Modaraba Revocation

Karachi, BRR Guardian Limited, a renowned financial institution, has successfully completed the securities crediting process for the holders of “B.R.R Guardian Modaraba” certificates. A total of 83,276,300 securities of BRR Guardian Limited have been credited into the respective accounts, sub-accounts, and investor accounts in the Central Depository System as of July 10, 2023.

This crediting process aligns with the merger entitlement list as of June 26, 2023, ensuring a smooth transition for the investors. By exchanging the Modaraba certificates, BRR Guardian Limited aims to enhance operational efficiency and streamline its offerings.

As part of this process, the securities of “B.R.R Guardian Modaraba” have been officially revoked from the Central Depository System, effective July 11, 2023. The revocation signifies the completion of the merger and consolidation of the Modaraba with BRR Guardian Limited.
