Karachi, BRR Guardian Modaraba (BRRGM) has declared the final book closure for its merger with BRR Guardian Limited (BRRGL) through an amalgamation scheme. As per the arrangement, each holder of Modaraba Certificates of face value Rs. 10/- of BRRGM will receive 1 ordinary share of face value Rs. 10/- of BRRGL. The Register of Certificate holders of BRRGM will be permanently closed on June 27, 2023, to ascertain the names of Certificate holders eligible to receive the Shares of BRRGL. Certificate holders are advised to promptly notify the Share Registrar about any change of address for the surrendering of BRRGM certificates.
