BSF constable killed, six injured in Poonch mishap

Srinagar, May 08, 2023 (PPI-OT): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an Indian Border Security Force constable died and six others were injured in a road accident in Poonch district. The incident took place when a vehicle carrying seven BSF personnel skidded off the road and fell into a 250-feet deep gorge in Mankote area of the district.

The other injured personnel, all constables, were identified as Feroz Ahmed, Sanjay Sarkar, Karamjeet Singh, Ajay Singh, Devender Singh, and the driver Emdadul Haque. On the other hand, a man died when his auto rickshaw turned turtle at Vehil area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
