Chinese FM visits Foreign Service Academy in Islamabad

Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang visited Foreign Service Academy in diplomatic enclave, Islamabad on Friday.

He unveiled a memorial plaque on the occasion, and penned down his expressions in the visitor’s book.

Later, the dignitary interacted with young diplomats of Pakistan and China and shared his perspective on historic ties between the two countries.

Chinese Vice Foreign Minister and former ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong also accompanied Qin Gang.

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar, Director General Foreign Service Academy Mazhar Javed and probationary officers at the Academy as well as young diplomats were present on the occasion.
