CJCSC calls for strengthening collaboration among SCO states in military medicines

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza has called for strengthening multilateral collaboration among SCO member states in the field of military medicines to tackle emerging healthcare challenges.

He was addressing the opening session of a seminar of SCO member states titled ‘Challenges in Military Medicines’ in Rawalpindi today.

The Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee highlighted that new and complex healthcare challenges, pandemics and humanitarian crisis demand collective preparedness and response strategies.

He said Pakistan takes great pride in its partnership with SCO and the nation and armed forces are fully committed to expand this cooperation.

General Sahir Shamshad Mirza expressed gratitude to SCO for providing the platform for dialogue and the delegates for their whole hearted attendance.
