Clashes Erupt in Kathua Over Mosque Demolition; Six Police Injured

Jammu, Tensions escalated into violence in the Hiranagar area of Kathua district following an attempt by authorities to demolish a mosque as part of an anti-encroachment drive, resulting in injuries to six police officers.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the operation targeted structures deemed as encroachments, specifically those belonging to the Muslim Gujjar-Bakarwal community.
