CMIT Committed to Timely Completion of Public Projects in Lasbela

Lasbela, Chairman Chief Minister Inspection Team (CMIT), Dostin Jamaldini, emphasized the commitment to timely completion of public welfare projects, particularly focusing on resolving the delays in the construction of BRC College Othal’s auditorium. This initiative highlights the team’s proactive approach to ensuring that developmental benefits reach the public without unnecessary delays.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, during a site visit, Jamaldini addressed the recurring issues of project fund disbursement and extended timelines that have historically plagued local projects. He expressed dissatisfaction with the stalled progress of the BRC Auditorium and mandated immediate resumption of work. The visit included inspections at the District Headquarters Hospital Othal, where CMIT reviewed several ongoing health projects, including the establishment of a modern ICU under the Covid-19 project and the construction of an Emergency Center.

The inspection extended to various hospital departments, with the team finding the progress satisfactory. Subsequently, a comprehensive meeting was held involving various department heads, where ongoing projects in health, education, and infrastructure like the Wonder Dam were discussed, aiming to enhance inter-departmental coordination and project execution.
