Coalition Govt completed all prior actions in IMF programme: Dar

Finance Minister Ishaq Dar says the coalition government has not committed anything in the IMF programme that cannot be implemented by the caretaker or the upcoming elected government.

Talking to a private TV channel on Wednesday night, he said we have completed all the prior actions and kept all the benchmarks pragmatic and practical. He said there is no reason for the caretaker or the elected government to not complete this programme successfully as the phase of difficulties is over.

Ishaq Dar prayed for the future government to complete the IMF programme for the second time in the history of Pakistan.
