COAS and Imam Masjid Al-Nabawi Discuss Bilateral Ties in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir met with Imam Masjid Al-Nabawi, Dr. Salah bin Mohammad Al-Budair, today to discuss matters of mutual interest and further strengthen Pak-Saudi relations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting covered several areas of mutual interest. The COAS expressed honor at the Imam’s visit, highlighting its significance for Pakistan. Imam Al-Budair remarked on Pakistan’s crucial role in promoting regional peace and stability and its respected position within the Muslim world. Both parties expressed contentment with the state of Pak-Saudi relations and the potential for future collaboration.

The meeting concluded with Imam Masjid Al-Nabawi praying for peace, stability, and unity among the Muslim Ummah.
