New Delhi, The Congress party emphasized that the upcoming “Loktantra bachao rally” organized by the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) in New Delhi is dedicated to defending the Constitution and democracy, distancing the event from any individual-centric motives.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh, in a press briefing, declared that the rally at Ramlila Maidan is not about any single person but a collective stand against the policies of the current BJP-led government. Ramesh conveyed that the gathering aims to signal the administration’s end, projecting a united opposition’s stance through the presence of significant party figures like Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi, who will be speaking at the event.
