Karachi, Cyan Limited has issued a prior notice of book closure for the first interim cash dividend for the year ending December 31, 2024. According to the notification provided to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the company’s share transfer books will remain closed from May 13, 2024, to May 14, 2024, for processing the interim cash dividend entitlement.

The announcement specified that the notice of book closure will be published in the “Business Recorder” and “Daily Duniya” newspapers in their Karachi Lahore and Islamabad editions on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders have been informed accordingly about the book closure dates.
