Dawood Capital Management Limited’s Book Closure

Karachi: This is to inform you that the Register of the unit holders of Dawood Money Market Fund and Dawood Islamic Fund Managed by Dawood Capital Management Limited (DCM) will be closed from July 01, 2011 to July 06, 2011 (both days inclusive). Unit holders, whose names are included in the Register on June 30, 2011 will be entitled to a dividend. If declared, for the year ending June 30, 2011.

We are enclosing herewith the public notice to be published in Daily “Millat” (Urdu) and in daily “The Nation” Newspaper (English) on June 17, 2011 in accordance with Listing Regulations No. 18 (2)

Closure of Unit Holders Register

The Register of the unit holders of Dawood Money Market Fund and Dawood Islamic Fund will be closed from July 01, 2011 to July 06, 2011 (both days inclusive). During this period, there will be no transaction in units. Application for Investment/Redemption/Transfer will receive only up to June 30, 2011 Unit holders, whose names are included in the Register on June 30, 2011 will be entitled to a dividend. If declared, for the year ending June 30, 2011. Unit holders are requested to notify any change in address and other particulars to GANGJEES REGISTRAR SERVICES (PVT.) LTD. at 516 Clifton Centre, Khayaban-e-Roomi, Block 5, Clifton, Karachi.
