Lahore, Eid-ul-Azha, the festival of sacrifice, continues to be celebrated across the country for the third consecutive day, characterized by traditional animal sacrifices and community sharing.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the faithful participated in the sacrificial rituals, honoring the legacy of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) and Hazrat Ismail (AS) by distributing meat to the needy and relatives. Family outings to recreational sites and visits to extended family added to the festive atmosphere, with special arrangements ensuring that the celebrations remained clean and orderly. The Punjab government was particularly noted for setting a new standard in public service, successfully managing waste removal and maintaining cleanliness throughout the province for the past 48 hours.
