Election of Directors at Azgard Nine Limited Sees Unopposed Candidates Taking Office

Karachi, At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Azgard Nine Limited held on April 3, 2024, seven individuals were elected unopposed as directors for a three-year term. This election comes under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, where the number of candidates did not exceed the number of positions available as determined by the company’s board of directors.

Ms. Maliha Sarda Azam has been appointed as a Female Director, marking a significant step towards inclusive representation within the company’s leadership.
