Engro Corporation Limited Completes Buy-Back of 39.5 Million Shares Worth PKR 11.6 Billion

Karachi, Engro Corporation Limited has successfully concluded its share buy-back process, purchasing a total of 39,536,762 ordinary shares during the period from February 3, 2023, to July 25, 2023. The buy-back was carried out through the automated trading system of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, at the prevailing spot/current share price. The aggregate cost of the buy-back amounted to PKR 11,609,623,803/-. All purchased shares will be canceled, and no treasury shares were involved in the transaction.
