Karachi, Faran Sugar Mills Limited has announced the cancellation of its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled to take place on June 22, 2023. The decision was made by the Board of Directors, who resolved not to increase the Authorized Share Capital of the company.

Shareholders of Faran Sugar Mills Limited have been notified about the cancellation of the EOGM. The meeting, which was originally planned to be held at the Registered Office, will not proceed as scheduled.
