Farukh for agriculturalists to prioritize intellectual property rights

Chairperson Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) Pakistan Farukh Amil has stressed the need for agriculturalists to prioritize their intellectual property rights and focus on product development particularly in Agri-Tech.

He stated this during his visit to the University of Agriculture Peshawar where he met with Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Jehan Bakht and senior faculty members.

The Chairperson IPO highlighted the challenges posed by climate change, water scarcity, and growing population to national economic security.

The Vice Chancellor University of Agriculture emphasized the need for increased interaction with IPO-PAKISTAN and invited Amil to further engage with students and faculty.
