Father-son duo drowned in Udhampur

Udhampur, June 29, 2023 (PPI-OT): Body of a man was recovered in Udhampur district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. 45-year-old Diwan Chand, who along with his minor son, had drowned in flooding Kunj Nallah at Panjgrian in tehsil Ramnagar of the district. He was found stuck in boulders at the nullah. However, the body of his 12-year-old son Sangem could not be located despite day-long operation by the police and locals.

As already reported, the father-son duo had drowned while crossing Kunj nullah when they were on way to attend a marriage function, last evening.
