Fauji Cement Reschedules Board Meeting to Approve Quarterly Accounts

Rawalpindi, Fauji Cement Company Limited has rescheduled its 159th board meeting to 23rd April 2024, now to be held at the company’s head office in Rawalpindi. Initially planned for 24th April, the meeting has been moved to 11:00 hours on the earlier date to consider and approve the third quarterly accounts for the period ended 31st March 2024.

In conjunction with this change, the company has also announced a “Closed Period” from 17th April to 23rd April 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares, as stipulated under clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

Additionally, Fauji Cement has cancelled the contents of a previous correspondence, letter number Secy/FCCL/2037/08 dated 22nd April 2024.

Members of the Pakistan Stock Exchange have been advised of these updates accordingly.
