Karachi, Faysal Bank Limited has announced that eleven candidates have filed their notices of intention to contest the election of Directors at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on May 11, 2023.
The candidates include Mr. Farooq Rahmatullah Khan, Mr. Ahmed Abdul Rahim Mohamed Abdulla Butchery, Mian Muhammad Younis, Mr. lmtiaz Ahmad Pervez, Mr. Juma Hassan Ali Abdul, Mr. Abdullah Ibrahim Mohamed AIQasimi, Mr. Abdulla Abdul-Aziz Ali Taleb, Mr. Ali Munir, Ms. Fatima Asad Khan, Mr. Mohsin Tariq, and Ms. Sadia Khan.
Since the number of candidates who have offered themselves for election is not more than eleven, which is the number of Directors fixed by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 23, 2023, the above-named candidates shall be deemed to be elected unopposed at the forthcoming Extra Ordinary General Meeting or at any adjournment or rescheduling thereof.
