As part of regulatory compliance and to ensure transparency, the company has officially declared a “Closed Period” from September 9, 2023, to September 14, 2023, as mandated by Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this period, neither the Directors, the CEO, nor any executive of the company, directly or indirectly, may engage in any transaction involving the shares of First Al-Noor Modaraba.
This closed period is enforced to prevent any potential insider trading activities and to uphold the integrity of the company’s financial reporting. It aims to ensure that all stakeholders are treated fairly and equitably, and that no privileged information is exploited for personal gain.
