First UDL Modaraba to Review Annual Accounts on September 26, 2023; Declares Closed Period

Karachi, First UDL Modaraba has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to take place on September 26, 2023, in Karachi. The primary agenda of this meeting is to review the Annual Accounts for the period ending on June 30, 2023, with the possibility of declaring any entitlement.

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the company has declared a ‘Closed Period’ from September 20, 2023, to September 26, 2023, as stipulated by Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this Closed Period, no Director, CEO, or Executive associated with First UDL Modaraba will be allowed to engage in any form of direct or indirect transactions involving the company’s shares. This measure is implemented to ensure fairness, transparency, and adherence to market regulations.
