Karachi: A meeting of the Board of Directors of Gadoon Textile Mills Limited is scheduled for August 6, 2024, at the company’s head office. The primary agenda is to consider the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year that concluded on June 30, 2024.

The company has announced a “Closed Period” starting from July 30, 2024, until the day of the meeting, August 6, 2024. During this period, Directors, the CEO, and Executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, in adherence to Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
