Karachi, Gatron Industries Limited announced today the declaration of an interim cash dividend and interim bonus shares during a board of directors meeting held in Karachi.
The Board of Directors has approved an Interim Cash Dividend of Rs. 3.00 per share, representing a 30% payout for the year ending June 30, 2023.
In addition to the cash dividend, the Board of Directors also declared an Interim Bonus Shares scheme. Under this scheme, shareholders will receive 100 bonus shares for every 100 shares held, amounting to a 100% bonus. However, it’s important to note that these bonus shares will not qualify for the interim cash dividend declared on May 25, 2023, for the year ending June 30, 2023.
Gatron Industries Limited will close its Share Transfer Books from June 09, 2023, to June 13, 2023, inclusive. During this period, the company will determine entitlements to the dividend and bonus shares based on shareholding records.
