To comply with regulations, Ghani Global Glass Limited has declared a “Close Period” from July 07, 2023, to July 11, 2023. As stipulated under clause 5.6.1.(d) of the PSX Regulations, this period restricts any dealings in the company’s shares by Directors, CEOs, and Executives, ensuring the integrity of the market.
