Karachi, In a recent announcement made by Ghani Value Glass Limited, the company has revised the book closure dates for entitlement of Interim Bonus Shares. This decision was made in response to the overlapping of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) book closure period. The revised book closure period will be from June 20, 2023, to June 21, 2023, inclusive of both days. Shareholders are advised that any transfer received at Lahore by the close of business on June 19, 2023, will be considered timely for entitlement to bonus shares.
