Karachi: We would like to inform you that Mr. Alaa Eldin Moustafa Imam Abu Saif, Director has resigned to be the Director of the Company with effect from February 14, 2012 and Mr. Bahroz Abbas Hussain has been appointed as Director of the Company in place thereof for the remainder term.
