Karachi, GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan Limited has announced the election of new directors at its upcoming Annual General Meeting on 24 May. The following individuals have filed notice with the company to offer themselves for election as Directors:
1) Ma Lela since Doh
2) Miss. Erum Shakir Rahim
3) Mr. Mehmood TylantlyMalin
4) Ms. Mahoen Rahman
5) Mr. Simon Foster
6) Mr. Casnam Bator
7) Mr. Muneer Kernel
As the number of candidates is not more than the number of Directors fixed by the Board of Directors, they shall be deemed elected unopposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The elected directors will serve a tenure of three (3) years, starting from the date of election.
