Karachi, Globe Residency REIT (GRR) has reported its financial performance for the first quarter of 2024, announcing an EPS of Rs 1.94. The REIT disclosed a 30% distribution for the period, with a daily weighted average rate of Rs 12.86 and today’s rate at Rs 12.52. Globe Residency, which debuted on the Pakistan Stock Exchange in 2022, has a relatively small paid-up capital of Rs 1,400.00 million but managed a turnover of 337,000 shares. The company’s performance reflects its commitment to generating value for its shareholders.
