Karachi, Goodluck Industries Limited, a leading company in its sector, has issued a formal notice regarding its upcoming Fifty Third Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled to take place on October 14, 2023, in Karachi, and is set to address various significant matters of business.

5. Any Other Business: Shareholders will have the opportunity to bring forward any other matters or business for discussion, subject to the permission of the Chairman.

The company has also provided important notes regarding the AGM, including the closure of Share Transfer Books. These books will remain closed from October 07, 2023, to October 14, 2023, both days inclusive.
