Government Announces Revised Petroleum Prices Amid Global Market Trends

Islamabad, In response to rising trends in the international market, the Pakistani government has adjusted petroleum product prices for the upcoming fortnight.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Anotification from the Ministry of Finance details the changes, including 7.45 rupees increase per litre for petrol and a 9.60 rupees rise per litre for high-speed diesel. The updated prices, effective starting today, are 265.61 rupees for petrol and 277.49 rupees for high-speed diesel.

These adjustments reflect the government’s response to the global economic conditions impacting fuel prices, aiming to align domestic rates with international standards.
