Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Mills premises, Landhi, Karachi to consider the Accounts for the quarter and nine months ended March 31, 2012.

The Company has declared the Closed Period’ from April 20, 2012 to April 30, 2012 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Karachi and Lahore Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no director, CEO or Executive shall directly / indirectly In the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
